Crocus A.&L. Services was founded by Çiğdem Ayan, a highly experienced Turkish language educator who has been teaching since 1992.
With over three decades of experience working with both native Turkish speakers and international learners, she brings deep linguistic expertise and a strong pedagogical foundation to the company. Her work spans teaching Turkish as a foreign language, as well as supporting Turkish-speaking students in developing advanced language and literature skills.
This extensive background forms the cornerstone of Crocus’ linguistic services and reflects a strong commitment to quality, cultural depth, and meaningful education.
In parallel, through her ongoing role as Secretary General of the Swiss–Turkish Chamber of Commerce, she has built an extensive international and diplomatic network, positioning Crocus A.&L. Services at the intersection of education, culture, and global opportunity.
